We have not published a rate card

Rates are set per account, and we would rather say that than put a number on this page that turns out not to apply to you. What follows is what a merchant actually pays for, so the conversation starts from the same place.

Rates

The three lines a quote will have

These are the charges the platform is built to apply. None of them has a published figure yet, and a blank here means blank — not zero, and not a number we are hiding.

Settlement

Not published

Charged on payments accepted through a link or the API.

Payouts

Not published

Charged per payout, on top of the network fee below.

Platform

Not published

Any recurring platform charge on the account.

Why there is nothing in those boxes

A rate depends on your volume, the assets you take, how often you pay out and how many recipients you pay. Publishing a headline percentage that most accounts do not get would make this page worse than empty. Tell us the shape of your business and we will quote it — including telling you if this is not a fit.

Regardless of your rate

The costs that are in the code

These are not commercial terms — they are how the software behaves — so they can be stated exactly.

Nothing is taken on the way in

When a payment confirms, the full amount is credited to your balance. There is no fee leg on a deposit anywhere in the ledger. Whatever settlement rate you agree with us is applied under that agreement, not silently skimmed off the chain amount.

A network fee on every payout

Estimated from current network conditions with a safety margin, floored at a configured minimum per asset, and added on top of the amount you are sending rather than taken out of it. A batch of 200 recipients pays 200 network fees.

A spread on conversions

Swapping between assets applies a spread on the receiving side, configured per asset and shown in the quote before you confirm. There is no network fee on a swap, because no transaction is broadcast.

Per-asset payout floors, as shipped

The minimum a payout can be, and the floor under the network fee. Both are stored per asset and an operator can change them, so treat these as the defaults rather than a promise — your dashboard shows the live values.

Asset Minimum payout Network fee floor Confirmations in
BTC 0.0005 0.0001 2
ETH 0.005 0.001 12

Questions

What a merchant actually pays

The ones worth asking before you sign anything, answered from the code where the code has an answer.

Not in the software. A confirmed deposit is credited to your balance in full, and there is no fee entry on the deposit path in the ledger. Any settlement charge is a commercial term applied under your agreement, which is exactly why we will not print a percentage here before you have one.

Tell us the shape of it

Monthly volume, the assets you want, how often you pay out and to how many people. That is enough for a real number rather than a range.
